Rodillians at the Leeds Abbey Dash

It was fantastic to see so many runners from The Club turning out at the Abbey Dash. No less than 10 members ran (probably a record) and there were a number of personal bests.

Everyone will now be preparing for the last Distance League of the year, the "Christmas Handicap" on Tuesday (note Tuesday) 15th December at the Stanly Rodillian Rugby Club.

For new members a reminder that it is customary to run in FANCY DRESS, with a prize for the best costume. Full details including start time etc can be found in the November Distance League Newsletter.
